How to Make Avocado Mousse

  • Soak the dates in warm water for four to five hours and remove the seeds. Peel the avocados with cocoa and dates; Add one or two tablespoons of the juice of the dates and mix with a blender until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into round containers and refrigerate for an hour. You can serve it by adding cinnamon or grated coconut on it.
