Baked Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients for the Baked Potato Stuffed Recipe

  • 6-7 medium potatoes
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 sprigs of fresh basil

How to Make Stuffed Baked Potatoes

* Wash the potatoes and boil them in boiling water with a teaspoon of salt added. Remove from the stove, drain and peel off their skins when it is warm. Dig them out.

* Clean and chop the onion. Chop the basil. Take the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add the onion, basil, an egg, salt and pepper and mix. Divide the mixture into the potatoes.

*Place the stuffed potatoes in a heatproof baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste, tomato juice, corn oil and a glass of hot water. Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes. During cooking, pour a small amount of the sauce in the baking tray with a spoon from time to time and pour it over the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Take it from the stove. Serve hot.
