Ingredients for Meatballs Recipe

  • 500 g kidney beans
  • 300 g lamb meat
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to Make Meatballs

Soak the kidney beans in water the day before. Change the water the next day and boil it. Chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Add the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Add the tomato paste and continue mixing. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and broth and cook over medium heat until the meat is tender. Serve hot.
