Ingredients for bean salad recipe

  • 200 g green beans
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • a pinch of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to Make Bean Salad

  • Boil the beans. Then let it cool for a while. Cut the tomato, pepper, parsley and curd cheese into small pieces.
  • Then combine the beans with the other ingredients. Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil and spices and serve after mixing.
