Ingredients for the beef tenderloin recipe
- 150 g beef brisket
for the sauce
- 150 g broccoli
- 5 sprigs of basil
- half clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- pinch of salt
For marinating veal knuckle
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of ginger powder
How to make beef tenderloin
- Cook the veal marinated the day before with mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger over medium heat. For the green puree, boil the broccoli for a few minutes. Pass the boiled broccoli, basil, garlic, salt through the robot. Add the green puree on the cooked meat and serve.
