Ingredients for the beef tenderloin recipe

  • 150 g beef brisket

for the sauce

  • 150 g broccoli
  • 5 sprigs of basil
  • half clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

For marinating veal knuckle

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A pinch of ginger powder

How to make beef tenderloin

  • Cook the veal marinated the day before with mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger over medium heat. For the green puree, boil the broccoli for a few minutes. Pass the boiled broccoli, basil, garlic, salt through the robot. Add the green puree on the cooked meat and serve.
