  • 2 cups mixed forest fruit
How to Make Bulgur and Fruit Dessert

Take the milk and salt in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the bulgur, which has been washed with plenty of water and drained, and cook with the lid closed until soft. Take it off the stove and let it cool. Whisk the cream, yogurt, grated orange peel and powdered sweetener in a bowl. Add the bulgur and mix. Divide half of the fruit into the bottoms of the bowls. Divide the bulgur mixture on top and add the fruits on top. Serve.
