Yummy chia seed omelet for breakfast that will keep you full
- Mix the milk and chia seeds in a deep bowl and wait for it to become a gel by absorbing the milk. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper. Add the chia mixture and continue whisking.
- Heat a non-stick pan and spread the mixture you prepared on the pan. When it starts to cook slightly, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on it. Remove from the stove and serve hot.
Have a light lunch with croutons.
