Ingredients for the crunchy granola recipe
- 150 g buckwheat
- 15 dates
- 2 tablespoons of nutmeg
- 15 raw almonds
- 5 crushed walnuts
- 1 handful of seeds
- Cinnamon and ginger upon request
How to Make Crunchy Granola
- Puree the dates by cooking them on fire with a little water. Then mix all the ingredients and place them in a crumbled form on the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for one hour until it turns crispy. After removing from the oven, let it cool. You can store it in a jar.
