Ingredients for a fat-free, flour-free, refined sugar-free cake recipe

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 40 g grated coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of honey (optional)

How to Make Fat-Free, Flour-Free, Refined Sugar-Free Cake

  • First, mix the banana and eggs, then the other ingredients in the blender until it reaches the consistency of cake batter. Grease a long, thin cake mold and pour the mortar into it. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. After cooling, slice and serve.
