Ingredients for healthy muffin cake recipe

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of carob flour
  • 5 tablespoons of almonds ground in a blender
  • 2 tablespoons of date palm extract
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of nutmeg
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda

How to Make a Healthy Muffin Cake

  • Mix all the liquid ingredients together. Then add flour and other ingredients to make the mixture into cake batter. Fill the resulting mixture into the paper muffin molds, leaving one finger of space.
  • Sprinkle almond kernels on it before putting it in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
