Everyone will go overboard on New Year’s Eve 2020. so that you don’t regret it later one day dietyou can apply. 2020 New Year’s Day after day diethow should it be?
Seda Uşarer, a dietitian working at a private hospital in Izmir, pointed out that high amounts of food and beverages were consumed on New Year’s Eve, and regrets were experienced in the morning due to the excess calories taken, and suggested a ‘next day diet’ for those in this mood. Uşarer said, “The first day of the new year protein-rich breakfast Do it, this will speed up the burning of alcohol taken in the evening. “Make sure to walk for 90 minutes so that the calories you took the night before don’t turn into fat,” he said.
How should the 2020 New Year’s Day After Diet Be?
Hoping that all the negativities and unhappiness will remain in 2019, as we prepare to welcome 2020, I missed too much on New Year’s Eve ‘, Izmir City Hospital Dietician Seda Uşarer has prepared a nutrition program for the last day and first day of the year. Uşarer said that on December 31, the last day of the year, the meal order should be made as breakfast, lunch and dinner, and that a firm and healthy breakfast should be followed by a light lunch. Drawing attention to the importance of drinking water throughout the day, Uşarer made the following suggestions:
“If you are going to enter the new year at home, be careful not to sit too hungry for dinner. Choices such as a handful of raw hazelnuts, almonds and one fresh fruit or coffee with milk before a meal can dull your soul. Before the main course, you can start with cheese salad, grilled vegetables or olive oil dishes. The indispensable flavor of the New Year is turkey meat. Choosing one of rice, puree, soup or bread with the turkey ensures that you do not get too many carbohydrates.
If dessert or fruit is to be consumed after the meal, I recommend that you take small portions from the carbohydrate group. For dessert, it can be pumpkin dessert with walnuts, baked pear-quince dessert or fruit and ice cream. You can use fresh vegetables and fruits such as cucumbers, carrots and peppers as snacks to avoid getting too many calories after the meal.
Another alternative; You can consume unsalted nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, blueberries, raisins, or 1 bowl of popcorn. If you are out of the house on New Year’s Eve, you need to be more careful. You should stay away from places that offer options such as open buffet or unlimited drinks and appetizers in your place. In such cases, don’t just focus on the food. You have to think clearly and make the right decision.
As the main course, turkey, chicken, fish or red meat can be eaten, followed by a salad, followed by small portions of dessert or fruit. If you don’t want to feel bad on New Year’s morning, consume alcohol in a controlled manner. My suggestion is that your choice of alcohol is wine, both to adapt to the environment and to enjoy the food. Wine; It is lower in calories than vodka, whiskey, raki, rum or cocktails.”
Eat Protein the Day After Christmas
Uşarer suggested to focus on protein in meals on the first day of the new year, “Eating a protein-heavy breakfast on the first day of 2014 will accelerate the burning of the alcohol you consume in the evening. You need to stay away from bad carbohydrates such as bread, bagels, pastries and boyoz as much as possible. Lunch can be skipped as it will be a late breakfast.
A snack should be made with only 1 fruit and raw hazelnuts or almonds. For dinner, it can be grilled and in the form of salad. About 3 liters of water should be drunk throughout the day. Besides water, you can get support from herbal teas, especially green tea. In the meantime, taking a 90-minute walk will prevent the calories you took the night before from turning into fat.
