Ingredients for a low-carb shepherds tart recipe

  • 150 g ground beef
  • half onion
  • half diced tomato
  • half carrot
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • half clove of garlic
  • pinch of salt

for puree

  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • A pinch of black pepper

How to Make Low-Carb Shepherds Tart

  • Saute all the ingredients except the puree for about 20 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, boil the cauliflower for seven to eight minutes. After straining it thoroughly, puree it in a blender with the other ingredients.
  • Pour the ground beef mixture into an ovenproof bowl. Cover with the cauliflower puree you prepared. Bake in the preheated oven for about five minutes. If you wish, you can grate some cheddar cheese before putting it in the oven.
