  • 1.5 bananas (Frozen)
  • 1 cup ice/water
  • 200 ml milk (Preferably almond milk)
  • 4 dates (core removed)
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ

  • Soak dates in warm water for 20 minutes.
  • Pass all the ingredients through the blender and pour into the serving glass.
