  • 1 glass of light milk or almond milk
  • 4-5 apricots
  • 1 small nectarine
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • lots of spinach
  • 1 cup of ice/water

How to Make a Summer Smoothie

  • After passing all the ingredients through the blender, put them in a serving glass.
