Ingredients for Vegan Tantuni Recipe

  • 150 g caramelized soybean cubes

How to Make Vegan Tantuni?

  • Take the soybean cubes in a bowl, add hot water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • After squeezing the soybean cubes well, chop them into small pieces.
  • Puree the tomatoes, salt, olive oil, cayenne pepper and cumin in a blender.
  • Add olive oil over a sheet pan or wok. Put the tomato mixture on it and fry it.
  • Add the chopped soybean cubes and fry them.
  • Cook with the logic of tantuni by adding little water and olive oil to the soybean cubes.
  • Place the cooked soy cubes in a lavash.
  • Add onions with sumac and parsley, pickled hot peppers and tomatoes.
  • Add lemon, olive oil and cumin and wrap the lavash in the form of a roll. Serve in the toaster oven for 2 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
